Red Pontiac

Mid season maturity, round/oval tuber, yellow skin and flesh. Used for boiling, baking, fries, chips. Great keeper.

Mid season maturity, large tuber, yellow skin, white flesh. Used for baking, boiling, chips. Great keeper.

Russet Burbank

Mid season maturity, red skin, white flesh, heavy yield. Used for boiling, potato salad. Good keeper.

Late season maturity, long, smooth tuber, heavily russeted, white skin. Used for boiling, baking, fries. Good keeper

Banana Fingerling

Russian Banana fingerling potatoes are available year-round, with peak season in the late summer and early fall.  best suited for cooked applications such as grilling, baking, steaming, frying, or boiling.

Strongly pigmented colour, Harvest: tolerant to low storage temperature (2°C)
Good For: “buttery” texture and “nutty” flavour. High yield

French Fingerling

French fingerling potatoes are available year-round, with peak season in late spring through early summer. French fingerling potatoes are best suited for cooked applications such as roasting, baking, and steaming.
