Banana Fingerling
Banana fingerling potatoes are a late harvest variety, yellow in colour with a buttery taste and a high yield.
Bellanita Fingerling
Bellanita fingerling potatoes are a late summer harvest variety, improved Linzer, yellow in colour with a buttery taste and with a very high yield.
Alaska Bloom
Alaska Bloom potatoes are yellow skin potatoes with pink eyes and creamy taste. They are mid season harvest in very high yields in 30-80 mm size potatoes.
Carminelle
Carminelle potatoes are red skin, yellow flesh potatoes, good for roasting, boiling and salads. This variety is medium-early harvest.
Gold Rush
Gold Rush are a brown skin potato with white flesh used for baking, frying, and mashing. This variety is high yielding and can be harvested late summer.
German Butterball
German Butterball potatoes are late-season heirloom potatoes with pale yellow skin and firm, golden, buttery-flavoured flesh. Ideal for mashing, roasting and frying.
Huckleberry Gold
Huckleberry Gold has a purple skin with a yellow flesh in a 30-80 mm size. This variety is an early harvest species, producing very high yields.
Innovator
Innovator is a high quality creamy potato for baking and frying. This variety produces very high yields mid season in 30-80 mm size.
Nicola
Nicola potatoes are a late season variety ideal for use in soups and salads to due to its firm flesh.
Red Emmalie
Red Emmalie is a gourmet, german-bred fingerling potato. Red Emmalie has bright red skin and deep red flesh. Early to mid season harvest. Creamy yet firm texture makes it ideal for boiling, roasting and salads.
Russian Blue
Russian Blue has a purple/blue flesh and skin in a fingerling size that can be harvested in high yields in late summer.
Sieglinde
Sieglinde potatoes are early to mid season, featuring thin yellow skin, firm yellow flesh and a rich creamy flavour. Ideal for boiling, roasting and salads.
Violet Queen
Violet Queen potatoes are mid-season harvest. They feature purple skin and vibrant violet flesh that retains its color when cooked. Ideal for boiling, baking, mashing or salads. Resistant to scab and blight.

Caribe potatoes have a purple skin with white flesh that are good for boiling, chipping, or baking. They are very high yielding, can be harvested early season, and store well.

Colomba potatoes have a yellow flesh and are a large variety that are high yielding, early harvest and store very well. They can be used for boiling, French fries, chips, and baking.
Jennifer
Jennifer potatoes are a large white variety that can be harvested early season in high yields and store well. This variety works well for boiling, French fires, chips, and baking.
