Banana fingerling potatoes are a late harvest variety, yellow in colour with a buttery taste and a high yield.

Russian Blue

Bellanita fingerling potatoes are a late summer harvest variety, improved Linzer, yellow in colour with a buttery taste and with a very high yield.

Violet Queen

French fingerling potatoes are available year-round, with peak season in late spring through early summer. French fingerling potatoes are best suited for cooked applications such as roasting, baking, and steaming.

Huckleberry Gold

Russian Blue has a purple/blue flesh and skin in a fingerling size that can be harvested in high yields in late summer.

Violet Queen is rich in antioxidants and has a deep purple flesh and skin, in a fingerling size that can be harvested in high yields in late summer.

Huckleberry Gold has a purple skin with a yellow flesh in a 30-80 mm size.  This variety is an early harvest species, producing very high yields.

Prince of Orange has a red skin with orange/yellow, buttery flesh. This variety can be harvested in high yields in late summer and is a fingerling size.

Cecile fingerling potatoes are red skinned with yellow flesh, used in haute cuisine.  This variety is mid to late season harvest with easy to peel skin.

Pacific Russet

Jennifer potatoes are a large white variety that can be harvested early season in high yields and store well.  This variety works well for boiling, French fires, chips, and baking.

Pacific Russet potatoes have white flesh and are suitable for boiling, French fries and baking.  They can be harvested early in the season and produce medium sized potatoes that have a good yield and can be stored well.

Red Viking potatoes have a red skin with white flesh that are good for boiling or baking. They are high yielding, can be harvested mid season, and store well.

Sangre potatoes have a dark red skin with white flesh, rich in vitamin C that are suitable for boiling or baking.  They produce good yields early in the season and store well.

Colomba
